Entering into this season of life, having recently turned 60 years old, I realize there is much to learn and also much to share about the experience. You will discover with my personal story that this age has more to do with power than defeat. As usual I want to share that which I know, what I have learned (am learning) with YOU! About Me

After a lifetime of living in the shadow of insecurities, childhood issues, depression (& so much more) God did an amazing work in my heart which created a monumental shift. That incredible experience was the catalyst to realizing I could live my life in the freedom God had always intended.

This propelled my passion to use my life lessons, experiences, and God's promises (along with my life coach training) to help others on their personal journey. Spreading the message that God can take you out of those yucky, stuck, desperate places, moving you into the fabulous freedom God offers.

My life is full being a wife, mom and mimi, family is my greatest treasure. Life coaching is not just my "job" but my passion. I thrive on helping others. I also enjoy interior decorating (a job I had for many years), creativity (in many forms) and the serenity of nature (we lived in the mountains for years and I became addicted to pine trees and hiking trails).

For all of it I give thanks to God, for without Him NOTHING is possible.
